A Certificate III in Hospitality operations covers all aspects of the hospitality industry from customer service, hygiene, WHS, working the bar, espresso coffee, restaurant and café service, responsible service of alcohol and responsible gambling service.
This course is designed for people with a genuine interest in a career in hospitality, people currently in hospitality or if you have completed a certificate II and would like to go to the next level. This course takes place in a classroom environment and contains 36 shifts of vocational placement.
A total of 15 units are required for this qualification and 36 shifts of vocational placement
