Refund Policy
FITD Training will protect fees paid in advance and has a fair and reasonable refund policy.
*Cooling off period does not apply to all enrolments please see the Cooling Off Period section in the Student Handbook for more information.
Payments
FITD Training payments and payment plans are processed via Direct Deposit, Credit/Debit Card or cash and are subject to FITD Training’s Terms and Conditions. Further information can be found in the Student Handbook.
Deferral Suspension or Cancellation
Foot in the door training reserves the right to suspend or cancel a student’s enrolment at any time due to misbehaviour or otherwise any conduct in breach of Foot in the Door guidelines or outside the reasonable directions of Foot in the Door staff. Further information can be found in the student handbook.
Invoicing and Payment
Invoicing will only take place after students have successfully completed the information session. Course fees are due within 14 days as stated on the invoice. Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Cancellations Fees
When an applicant accepts a place offered by Foot in the Door training, a binding contract between the person who entered the contract and Foot in the Door training comes into existence subject to the conditions below. This contract is subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Queensland.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
Cancellations of students must be notified to Foot in the Door training no less than 2 business days prior to the commencement of a course. If this occurs no fee will be charged to client. Cancellations of students that are advised less than 2 business days prior to the commencement of the information session will incur the student contribution fee of the given course.
Foot in the Door Training will take reasonable steps to confirm attendance for course commencement with students. Non-attendance for course commencement by a student will be regarded as a cancellation without sufficient notice.
Any refund or reallocation of course fees is solely at the discretion of Foot in the Door Training. If a replacement student attends in place of a cancelled student or a student who has failed to commence, then no cancellation fee will be charged.
